His Majesty the King's life and works. The first chapter follows the course of His Majesty's early life from His birth in the United
States and childhood in Switzerland to His coronation as King Rama IX of Thailand. The second chapter depicts Their Majesties'
diplomatic visits to foreign states during the first several years of His Majesty's reign. Chapter three captures a sense of
His Majesty the King's tireless devotion to the welfare of His people through paintings of His Majesty's activities while working in
different areas of Thailand. The final chapter highlights His Majesty the King's royal talents, including many watercolors based
on classic images of His Majesty.
A visually stunning presentation of His Majesty the King's activities with informative biographical captions in Thai and English,
this colorful collection of images also employs a varied and enlightening array of different watercolor styles and brushwork.
